so little tips for you.

It was that option: Xcaret and Chichen Itza

as we compered prices earlier turned out it was just cheaper.
During online booking you will have many options, we added extra dining experience during the evening show, swimming with dolphins and what is my regret if you have a chance add extra pictures, as to be honest that options is cheaper online. Not much but it is always extra couple of pounds.
We were picked from our hotel at 7am dropped in their "bus station". Incredible how everything was organised, each bus going to different place, very nice staff who direct you were you should go. Amazing.
On the way there we had a kind of guide, young lady who should provide all informations. Clearly in the bus was more Spanish - speaking people than English speaking people. And our guide instead of taking on board there are 2 languages she basicly spent good 30mins explaining everything in Spanish and after she finished, she camee up to each couple, explaining very quickly what is where and that was it. Personally I think, it should not happen, as we all paid same money, same poeple and there is no need to do such thing.
When we arrived , we've been asked are we plus or basic and we have no idea what we are. Finally, turned out that we are basic. To be honest I was a bit disappointed as when you buy option Xcaret and Chichen Itza there is only basic. Means no locker, towels or food. So you have to pay extra for all that - again no explanation, you find out all these information as you go.
Also, on our ticket and in the bus we've been told we can not use lotions and there was a list of ingredients which were not allowed in a sun creams, as everything had to be organic. So we were prepared, we did not take an extra stuff, as we knew we'll receive one (organic) at the entrance. Oh, how mistaken we were. Turned out that to receive 1 small sache with organic sun cream you need to give your sun cream and picke it up on the way back. We didn't have one! and lady was not very friendly, we had to go to our "guide" and she brought us 2 of these.
